Hi,
my name is Donna. I've been using ezorb for about 2
years now. I'm very pleased with this miracle product.
I have osteoporosis. My fingernails even grow like you
wouldn't believe. My bowl movements are like
clockwork. Everything that is stated what ezorb does,
is true.
I
don't even know what my bone scan number was. I am
going to get one done soon and advise my doctor of
this product. I'm so glad I never took Fosamax. I've
heard horror stories about that drug. They don't even
advertise it anymore. I think it might have been taken
off the market. I know there was a law suit pending.

Hi,
my name is Marlene. After taking EZorb at the maximum
dose for about 3 months I have been able to work and
do moderate gardening without getting migraines and
back pains that last for days.
I
am 56 years old and was diagnosed with advanced
osteoporosis. I credit EZorb with helping me avoid an
extremely painful and debilitating vertebral fracture
after landing flat on my back after falling on the ice
more than once this past winter. None of the drugstore
calcium products ever worked as well as EZorb. I

Hi,
my name is James. I started taking Marvlix about 2
months ago and I can not believe the change in me. My
lungs, and breathing problems have improved
substantially. I also had problems with depression

day of paxil which helped me get through the days.

Hi,
my name is Jackie. I've been using E-Zorb for
approximately two months now and the results I'm
having are amazing.
I
suffer from both arthritis and
fibromyalgia and
usually my pain level is a constant 5-6 on the 1-10
pain charts. After four days on E-Zorb amazingly it
dropped to about two. About 10 days later I went on a
800 mile trip that ordinarily would have left me
crippled for at least five days this time I was able
to walk, run, drive the whole nine yards.

Research News: High Monounsaturated Fatty Acids Diet
Helps Regulate Blood Glucose
A
diet with a higher than average percentage of
monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) has more beneficial
effects on glucose metabolism than a conventional or
low-fat diet, show study results.
Despite
the proven benefits of low-fat diets for a number of
medical conditions, there is some evidence that diets
with an increased percentage of MUFA may have
beneficial effects on glucose metabolism.
Arne
Astrup (University of Copenhagen, Denmark) and
colleagues carried out a randomized, dietary
intervention study in 46 obese, nondiabetic men and
women, aged an average of 28 years, for a 6-month
period.
The
participants initially took part in an 8-week
weight-loss plan before starting the main trial and
had lost at least 8% of their body mass.
Three
diets were used in this study, namely, a MUFA diet (16
people) providing 35-45% energy from fat including
more than 20% MUFA, a low-fat diet (18 people)
providing 20-30% energy from fat including 10% MUFA,
and a control diet (12 people) providing 35% energy
from fat including approximately 15% from saturated
fatty acids and 10% MUFA.
The
researchers controlled participants' food intake by
providing all their food for the 6-month period free
of charge from an in-house "supermarket."
Members of the study cohort were allowed 3 weeks to
acclimatize to their new diets before baseline
measurements were taken.
Astrup
and colleagues found that the MUFA diet reduced
fasting glucose, insulin, and the homeostasis model
assessment of insulin resistance score by 3.0%, 9.4%,
and 12.1%, respectively.
In
contrast, the control diet increased the same
variables by 1.4%, 21.2%, and 22.8% and the low-fat
diet by 1.4%, 13.1%, and 15.5%, respectively.
Astrup
said: "The message is that after a weight loss, a
diet high in MUFA (low in saturated and trans fat) and
plenty of wholegrain foods seems to be more healthy
for preventing the most common adverse effect of
obesity, namely, Type 2 diabetes, providing that they
do not gain more weight."
The
researchers conclude: "Additional studies with
older subjects, including those with Type 2 diabetes,
will be important to determine whether these
potentially favorable effects might be even more
pronounced in a more at-risk population."
