Hi,
my name is Elizabeth. My doctor failed to tell me my
bone density was low five years ago. Taking a new test
I was diagnosed as osteopenic and had osteoporosis in
several joints. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis I was
depressed after a doctor told me I was fighting a
losing bottle and would never again lead a full life.
His future for me included broken bones and hospice
care. I was told to take a bone density drug, an
expensive product with side effects I started to
experience.
In
severe pain and hardly able to move I remembered a
show on T.V. that said people in Okinawa did not have
a word for menopause or arthritis and contributed it
to their diet. Searching for their diet I found little
difference from how healthy I ate so I continued to
search for a link to Okinawa and found EZorb.
Thinking
I might as well try this for a few months I was not
expecting to feel better after one day. After three
weeks of the maximum dosage for my weight I am now
able to drive to the grocery store. My husband says
the lump I had in the back of neck is gone and I am
walking straight again. Slowly the pain is receeding.
Now I have to take it slow because I tend to overdo
feeling so much better. I'm having a bone density test
soon and look forward to seeing the results. If they
are as good as I feel - that depressing doctor will
receive a copy.
The
only bad part is my husband keeps asking did you take
your capsules?

Hi,
my name is ...Sharon.
I've
been using EZORB for 6 months or so. I've noticed my
bones feel much stronger. The pain in my hip joints is
gone. My nails don't break as much and they've gotten
longer and stronger. I've been giving EZORB to my son
as well. HE SUFFERS FROM SHORTNESS. I hope and pray
that EZORB will help him grow taller. Please send me
via email or mail any additional information you have
on bone growth for children. My son is 12 and he's
still under 5ft. All the kids in the neighborhood
tower over him. Puberty is approaching and I'd like to
do what I can to help him grow. What foods are good
for bone growth. They say kids need alot of fat to
grow. I give him vitamins. My kids don't get alot of
fat in their diet. Perhaps thats why they are short. I
wish I knew the answer. Any guidance you can offer
would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sharon

Interesting Report: Daily Alcohol Consumption Benefits Men But Not Women
Men
who drink alcohol every day have reduced risk of heart
disease compared with those that drink less
frequently, but this protective effect does not appear
to apply to women, study results show.
Following
previous studies that have suggested moderate alcohol
consumption may reduce the risk of heart disease, Dr
Janne Tolstrup, from the National Institute of Public
Health in Copenhagen, Denmark, and team investigated
the association between alcohol drinking patterns and
the risk of heart disease among more than 50,000 men
and women taking part in a national health study.
The
participants were monitored for an average of around 6
years.
The
researchers found that men who drank alcohol on a
daily basis had more than a 40% reduced risk of heart
disease compared with those who never drank alcohol,
while those who only drank alcohol on 1 day a week had
only a 7% reduced risk of the condition.
This
suggests that drinking regularly is more important for
reducing the risk of heart disease in men than the
amount of alcohol consumed, say the researchers.
For
women, drinking alcohol on at least 1 day a week was
associated with greater reduction in heart disease
risk than drinking alcohol less frequently. However,
the reduction in heart disease risk was similar for
drinking on one day a week (36%), or daily (35%),
suggesting that the amount of alcohol consumed is more
important for reducing heart disease risk in women
than how often they drink.
However,
the researchers warn in the British Medical Journal
that their findings should not be used to justify
potentially harmful drinking behavior.
Dr
Tolstrup and team caution: "Heavy alcohol
drinking is positively associated with many problems
such as liver diseases, cancers, and road crashes, and
overall mortality is higher among individuals with a
high alcohol intake compared with light
consumers."
They
add: "The beneficial effects of alcohol on
coronary heart disease is by far exceeded by the
detrimental effects of alcohol at these levels."
