Letter I: From Frances N.

Hi, my name is Frances N. I have written in the past to tell you of how I have depended on Ezorb calcium for more that ten years, and I have one more incident to report that could well have been the end of me!

I fell in my own bedroom, landing flat on my back on hard wood flooring. I knew I had not broken or fractured anything when I was able to drag myself to my feet, and then to walk - no shrieks of pain or anything so dramatic!

I was nearly 81 years of age 4 weeks ago when I fell. I had X-rays done which showed me to be free of fractures, and once more I thank Ezorb.

Currently, I still have some pain in one hip and leg, but that is improving each day. I have a young dog who doesn't understand of course, but she stays closer than ever to me.

Little did I think ten years ago when I chose EZORB over all the traditional treatments available at the time that I made such a wise decision. What more can I say, except THANK YOU, Elixir Industry!!

Letter II: From Audrey

Hi, my name is Audrey. I have advanced osteoarthritis. I was recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis and my doctor pressured me to begin Fosamax immediately. I refused. I told her I prefer to lose my bones in the future rather than my jaw and teeth now.

Fortunately my niece had been using ezorb for bone spurs and sent me a bottle. Honestly I only tried it because she sent it to me and I didn't want to waste her money.

Wow, three months later my frozen trigger finger on my left hand and my hebreden cyst on my right hand (marble sized) are gone! Pain is minimal in my hands and flexibility is terrific.

I am looking forward to my repeat dexa scan as I am sure it will be greatly improved. At 65 I am amazed at what Ezorb can accomplish. Try it!

Letter III: From Donna S.

Hi, my name is Donna S. I have been taking EZorb for many years. I had osteoporosis so bad the Doctor put me on Fosamax.

When I read the side effects of that drug, I started searching on the internet for a natural healing herb. I found EZorb.

Within a year, I noticed a difference in my bones. I got an DEXA, and was told that my bones changed to Osteopenia.

In 2012 my husband and I were in a severe automobile accident. My husband had a broken neck, but because that I had been taking EZorb for many years, I had no fractures or broken bones.

I would not be without this product. It has also given me extra cartilage in my knees. It is also very good to help relieve pain in your body. I will never be without this product.

Thank you so much.

2. Research News: Quitting Smoking May Help MS

Patients who are smokers when diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) may be able to delay the time to onset of progressive disease by quitting smoking, a study suggests.

"Accordingly, evidence clearly supports advising patients with MS who smoke to quit", say Jan Hillert (Karolinska Institutet at Karolinska University Hospital Solna, Stockholm, Sweden) and co-researchers in JAMA Neurology.

"Health care services for patients with MS should be organized to support such a lifestyle change."

Among the patients in the population-based Genes and Environment in Multiple Sclerosis (GEMS) study, the team identified 728 who were regular smokers at the time of MS diagnosis, 118 of whom then quit.

Each successive year that patients continued to smoke after diagnosis was associated with a significant 4.7% acceleration in the time to the development of secondary progressive disease, such that smokers progressed at an average age of 48 years, whereas quitters did not progress until the age of 56 years.

The survival model used included age at diagnosis, which was also significantly associated with time to progressive disease, duration of treatment, which was borderline significant, and gender and snuff use, which did not influence progression.

In a related editorial, Myla Goldman (University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA) and Olaf Stuve (University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, USA) say that the study "provides the first evidence, to our knowledge, that quitting smoking appears to delay onset of secondary progressive MS and provide protective benefit."

But they add that an "unexplored question" is whether reducing smoking without stopping entirely could also be beneficial; the researchers defined continuing smokers as anyone smoking at least one cigarette per day, so including a wide range of smoking habits.

"Thus, it remains unclear whether simply cutting back on the amount one is smoking could provide any benefit", conclude Goldman and Stuve.

Original research was published in JAMA Neurol 2015; Advance online publication.
