Letter I: From Kaye P.

Received at Testimonial Submit Form on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 19:43:35

(Unedited)

Hi, my name is Kaye P. I wrote to you quite some time ago to tell you (like you haven't heard it before) what a great product Ezorb is.

Since I wrote to you, I have retired, but previously I was a Flight Attendant for over 40 years and flew primarily international routes. Which meant I was on my feet usually over 15 plus hours a day!

Then I got what was diagnosed as a bone spur in my foot. After many visits to every foot doctor/specialist, cortisone shots, etc. I was told the only relief which wasn't guaranteed, was surgery.

I then started to research the internet for an alternative. When I read the Ezorb site and testimonials I figured I had nothing to lose. I was already hobbling around and in great pain. I ordered it, took as directed, the bone spur disappeared and has NEVER RETURNED.

My doctors could not believe it and I tell everyone (especially those having problems) to get this product. I don't sell it, I make no money from promoting it, but it's the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. Thank you, thank you.

Letter II: From Nancy

Hi, my name is Nancy. I'm 64 and started taking EZorb in June 2010. My May 2010 DXA scan showed that my bone mass over the last 2 years was getting worse.

I don't remember how I found EZorb, but I'm glad I did. The doctor suggested I take Fosamax since I'm on steroid therapy for an autoimmune disease and I refused. I decided to try EZorb for one year.

I just got the results of my DXA scan, May 2011 and there was slight improvement in the measurement of my lumbar spine and my peak bone mass remained the same in my hip. This is great news.

I've been taking 2 tablets every morning and got excellent results. I plan to increase the dosage to 2 tablets in the AM and 2 tablets in the PM. I'm thrilled with my DXA scan results and plan to continue EZorb.

Letter III: From Lisa

Hi, my name is Lisa. I had been diagnosed with heel spurs in both of my feet about 7 years ago and sometimes could hardly walk to bathroom in the night.

It was so bad. I got cortisone injections 2 times. It helped a little but came back.

I then heard about ezorb after praying about it. I ordered 2 bottles. I took 3 a day and after only 3 days could tell a difference. And after 1 week, felt much better and after 3 months pain was all gone! And they have been gone since. Praise GOD!!

Letter IV: From Jeanette R.

Hi, my name is Stacey. I have been suffering with pain for 15 years. Early on I was told I had different things wrong with me: bursitis, frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel, and told to find another job that didn't aggravate my joints!

That wasn't an option. So I just dealt with the pain the best I could because my family needed me. Later I found a NEW doctor who did tests, and I was told I was a healthy young woman. So, I was advised to take vitamins and exercise- exercise helped, but traditional calcium created buildup in my shoulders and became so painful I had to stop working out.

I KNEW that there was something wrong, because I was 30 yrs old and could barely get out of bed some mornings! A couple of people mentioned I might have Fibromyalgia. AGAIN I went back to my doctor and asked him to test me for fibromyalgia, and he looked at me and said "don't let other people diagnose you- you don't have that!" And he gave me a prescription for anxiety. THAT WAS IT!

I knew there was something wrong and I was tired of getting nowhere. So I went home and googled fibromyalgia, calcium deposits, etc. And the EZORB website appeared. Truthfully, I was skeptical, who wouldn't be after all that? But I needed something.

So, I ordered it. After about 2 weeks I noticed some changes, but still wasn't fully convinced. When I ran out of Ezorb calcium, I didn't order again right away... BIG MISTAKE! A week later my pain was coming back full force!

My husband ordered it right away and a week later I was taking Ezorb again. Within a week my pain was manageable and a short time later I was virtually pain free!

That is no coincidence! Of course I take other supplements from my naturopath (who diagnosed my fibromyalgia) eat healthy and exercise, but Ezorb is the reason I have a life.

I will always have to watch what I do and take care of my health, but this product will always be a part of my life!

Thank you,

Stacey, Vancouver, BC

2. Research News: Red Meat Linked to Elevated Diabetes Risk

Eating red meat, especially processed red meat, is associated with an increased risk for developing Type 2 diabetes, US research shows.

In comparison, consumption of nuts, dairy products, and whole grains appeared to reduce the risk for developing diabetes.

From a public health point of view, reduced consumption of red meat, and its replacement with other healthy dietary components, should be considered to reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes, say Frank Hu (Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts) and colleagues in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Hu and colleagues assessed the relationship between different types of red meat and risk for diabetes in three major prospective cohort studies: the Health Professionals Follow-up Study (HPFS), the Nurses' Health Study (NHS) I, and the NHS II.

More than 200,000 people were included in the analysis and 13,759 incident cases of Type 2 diabetes were reported during follow-up.

After adjusting for multiple variables, consumption of processed and unprocessed red meat was associated with an increased risk of developing Type 2 diabetes in each of the studies.

Pooling the results from all three studies, a one serving/day increase in unprocessed, processed, and all red meats was associated with a significant 12%, 32%, and 14% increased risk of diabetes, respectively.

To confirm the findings, the researchers performed an updated meta-analysis, which included more than 440,000 individuals, 28,000 of whom had diabetes.

Results showed that for every 100 g of unprocessed red meat consumed, there was a 19% increased risk for developing Type 2 diabetes.

In addition, for every 50 g of processed red meat consumed, the risk of diabetes increased by 51%.

Focusing on healthier substitutes, the researchers estimate that replacing one serving of red meat per day with one serving of nuts, low-fat dairy, and whole grains would translate into a 16-35% lower risk for Type 2 diabetes.

These results, according to the researchers, are largely consistent with previously published studies showing an increased risk for diabetes associated with processed red meat consumption.

The group notes that current study includes a large sample size, making the results unlikely to be caused by chance, but is limited in that subjects were working health professionals with predominantly European ancestry.

These new data will help clarify the risk associated with unprocessed red meat, they say.

Original article was published in Am J Clin Nutr 2011; Advance online publication.
