I am a massage therapist. I do Therapeutic Bodywork and I've been taking ezorb for my bone spurs. I used to have 20 for bone spurs in my lumbar spine which is the upper part of my butt and the parts of the lower part of the back.
Anyway when I realized the bone spurs I tried many other things to help alleviate them which I did find some but after a while I had about 10 maybe 12 of them left maybe even 8.
I don't know but I could find him and I could hit him and he hurt and they started going along the sciatic nerve. So I knew I really had to do something about it.
So when my friend went online at the same time I was talking to her so then I went online and she said going to ezorbOnline.com so I did but we were both reading about it and I said hey bone spurs helps alleviate them so I ordered the powder.
To me the powder was a lot easier to absorb I wanted to go quickly inside the body and so far I really love the powder.
I give the capsules to my husband. He's 92 years old and he's going strong. They're really helping him. I took away his calcium vitamin D and gave him the ezorb. He likes it much better.
So what I do also with the ezorb powder is I wanted to see what it was like putting it in to the lotion I use with massage. I use Cetaphil so I shake a little bit into the cream that I use and Whip It up. It goes a little more thinner which is okay to me and use that upon my clients.
Well I never thought anything of it and I've had double carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and it wasn't because of massage it was because of putting privacy slats in a chain link fence. So totally made my using the pair of pliers totally made my hands go completely shut off the peripheral nerve.
And when my husband in the winter time his back in January I believe I'm in Utah. We had a nice snow storm know it was February it was Presidents Day. And I had to go out there and shovel 12in ice on the bottom. But he couldn't do it until the following day when there was about 2 or 3 in.
I said I need your help but prior to that Monday night I put the lotion on his back and nobody has ever gave me a response on what the lotion did except he did. And on Tuesday when he went outside I told him he didn't need to lift the snow and put it anywhere. I would come back come by and lift it and put it where it needed to go.
All of a sudden I look at him and I go he's lifting the snow pretty high and putting it over the fence or on the lawn and I thought okay, I told him that he didn't need to lift the snow that I would do it. And he said Joy what was in that lotion is it magic and I said I don't know. I guess so now I call it Jack's magic lotion it is awesome. So if anybody wants to know exactly how I make it my email is joys***@gmail.com.
The Ezorb also helps make my hands more pliable more movable my fingers it is Magic. I'm not kidding you. So I guess I said if anybody wants the recipe just email me.

Research News: Weight Gain After Quit-Smoking May Increase Diabetes Risk
Study results published in The New England Journal of Medicine suggest that people who gain weight after stopping smoking may experience a temporary increase in their risk for type 2 diabetes.
However, Qi Sun (Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, Boston, Massachusetts, USA) and study co-authors emphasize that this short-term increased risk "did not attenuate the benefits of smoking cessation on reducing total and cardiovascular mortality."
The team analyzed data from three US cohort studies - the Nurses' Health Study, the Nurses' Health Study II, and the Health Professionals Follow-up Study - finding that 12,384 individuals developed type 2 diabetes over an average follow-up of 19.6 years.
Overall, people who had quit smoking in the past 2-6 years (recent quitters) had a significant 22% higher risk for type 2 diabetes than current smokers after adjustment for factors including age, sex, race, baseline BMI, and comorbidities. This risk peaked at 5-7 years after smoking cessation, gradually decreasing thereafter, and quitters' diabetes risk dropped to the same level as that of people who had never smoked after 30 years.
Sun and team explain that the increased diabetes risk occurred "primarily among quitters who gained weight." Indeed, compared with current smokers, recent quitters who did not gain weight and those who gained 0.1-5.0 kg within the first 6 years of stopping smoking did not experience a significant increase in diabetes risk, while those who gained 5.1-10.0 kg and more than 10.0 kg had a significant 36% and 59% increased risk, respectively.
Despite having an elevated short-term risk for diabetes, people who quit smoking did not experience an increase in cardiovascular or overall mortality risk, regardless of weight change after quitting, say the researchers.
Relative to current smokers, recent quitters without weight gain had a significant 31% reduced risk for death from cardiovascular disease, while recent quitters who gained 0.1-5.0 kg, 5.1-10.0 kg, and more than 10.0 kg had a corresponding 53%, 75%, and 67% reduced risk for cardiovascular death. The team observed similar associations for all-cause mortality.
Overall, these findings provide "reassurance that the benefits of smoking cessation outweigh the risks of obesity-associated diabetes," says Steven Schroeder (University of California, San Francisco, USA) in an accompanying editorial.
Nonetheless, the study authors believe that "preventing excessive weight gain may maximize the health benefits of smoking cessation through reducing the short-term risk of diabetes and further lowering the long-term risk of death."
