Hi, my name is Norma.

I'm 89 and have been a customer for 20+ years. I had a bad fall 3 weeks ago and was taken to the hospital. My knees were swollen and painful but to his surprise Dr didn't see any break or fracture.

I started taking EZorb 20 years ago. I had some big increase at the beginning. I do bone density every two years. The first two scans showed great improvement. Since then my bone density hasn't changed much.

I'm still taking the maintenance dosage for my weight. Sometimes I have doubts if I should continue taking it. The product is expensive.

I called and talked to medical staff several times over the years. They are very nice and knowledgeable. They explained that it's normal that I reached a point there's no more increase in the numbers but it doesn't mean EZorb is not working.

I was told it replaces old bones with new bones. At the beginning, there were more new bones being created than old bones being removed. Eventually new bones creation will slow down. But my bones will be composed of more new bones. New bones are stronger.

They are absolutely right. I'm so blessed to have EZorb.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have MS and lupus. Years of steroids use have taken a toll on my liver and kidneys. My doctor said I would have to start dialysis if my situation doesn't improve.

My husband came across Marvlix while searching for natural products for kidney disease. He was convinced this would help me so I bought 6 bottles at a discount.

That was 5 weeks ago. My next dr appointment is still 2 months away, so I don't have anything to prove yet. But I couldn't help sending you this email because I believe it's working.

I used to have no energy, feel tired all day long, had no interest in doing anything. Things have changed lately. I feel like I have more energy. I went shopping for two hours Yesterday and made a full table dinner for my family.

My husband noticed my skin begins to have a dewy look, which should be a sign the product is working on cleaning toxicity.

I will report back in three months but I have full confidence on this product Marvlix.

Thank you so much!

Margaret

2. Research News: Walking May Help Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

Findings from an observational study suggest that walking for exercise is associated with a reduced risk for developing frequent knee pain among people aged 50 years and older with knee osteoarthritis (OA).

Grace Lo (Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, USA) and colleagues’ study included 1212 participants (mean age 63.2 years) with knee OA who were included in the Osteoarthritis Initiative in 2004-2006 and completed a physical activity survey at the 96-month follow-up. In all, 73% of these people said they could recall walking for exercise outdoors or on a treadmill at least 10 times since the age of 50 years and were considered regular walkers.

In all, 26% of individuals who walked for exercise developed new frequent knee pain during 48 weeks of follow-up, compared with 37% of those who did not, translating into a significant 40% reduced risk in the regular walkers after adjustment for age, sex, and baseline Kellgren-Lawrence grade.

Lo and team also say that regular walking for exercise was associated with a significant 20% reduction in the risk for medial joint space narrowing over this period, with 22% of walkers and 27% of non-walkers experiencing this outcome. Walking for exercise was not significantly associated with a reduction in knee pain in people with frequent pain at baseline, however.

“These findings support that walking for exercise should be encouraged for people with knee osteoarthritis,” and suggest that walking may be “beneficial from both a structural and symptomatic perspective,” write the researchers in Arthritis & Rheumatology.

Original research was published in Arthritis Rheumatol 2022; doi:10.1002/art.42241.
