Letter I: From Anonymous

I have to admit I was very skeptical about EZorb, but at the same time I didn't want to take Fosamax as my doctor recommended because of all the nasty side effects. So I started on EZorb.

Back in 2000 at age 55 I was told I had Osteoporosis. Well today in 2012 at age 67 I was told my bones were within normal limits in my Spine and Hips.

I'm so happy I've been taking your product. I will gladly recommend it to all my friends.

Letter II: From LeeAnna M. from Coolidge, KS

Hi, my name is LeeAnna M. from Coolidge, KS. I am a 57 year old granny who could outrun and out hike my grandchildren until the last 2 years when I started having a lot of pain in my right knee.

Then it started swelling. I was even limping every day at work. I am an x ray technologist in a small hospital and some days do a lot of walking and lifting.

I came across your website and read the testimonials and thought, I have to have calcium anyway as I am at the osteopenic level so thought I'd give it a try.

In about 3 weeks I noticed the swelling was going down in my knee. I have been using Ezorb for about 3 months now and I am amazed that I can run in short spurts or chase the goats or grandkids and there is no pain in my knee except if I turn too sharp or twist it. Even then it doesn't last. I mean I'm not a spring chicken any more.

I am interested to see what my next Dexa scan will show as far as my bone density goes.

Thank you Elixir people for developing this product!

Hi, my name is Debby. I have been using ezorb for about three weeks now, and I have really already notice a difference so you know its working .

I had pain in my back, hip and heel. My pain is a lot less in just that amount of time. I will be ordering more. Thank you.

Letter IV: From Jane

Hi, my name is Jane. I started having pain in my left heel about three months ago. My son told me it was probably a heel spur. I had never had so much pain go thru my foot.

Since my job calls for me to be on my feet alot and lift heavy items, I was really suffering. I tried everything possible for pain, but nothing helped. I don't have health insurance so a foot operation was out of the question.

I had heard about Ezorb and thought I would try it. That was the smartest move I ever made. It is a little pricey at first because you have to take so many capsules. When I think of the price of a doctor bill, it wasn't that pricey.

I started taking six capsules a day, and by the second month my foot pain was almost totally gone. I cannot express enough how this product has got me back on my feet with no pain to keep me down.

I am starting on my third bottle of Ezorb and I can lower the amount of capsules I take each day. I will keep on taking Ezorb even when there is no sign at all of any pain. I totally believe in this product and I would advise anyone who suffers from joint pain or bone spurs to order Ezorb, because it will be the best thing for your health that you have ever done. It works.

2. Research News: Alcohol Reduces The Blood Pressure Benefit of Red Wine

Alcohol-free red wine Is more effective at lowering blood pressure (BP) than traditional red wine or gin, a study shows.

This finding provides a new insight into the role of dietary components, such as red wine polyphenols, in cardiovascular (CV) health and suggests that consumption of alcohol-free red wine might be useful in preventing low- to moderate-degree hypertension, say Ramon Estruch (Hospital Clinic Vilarroel, Barcelona, Spain) and team.

They found that men with diabetes or three or more CV risk factors who were randomly allocated to consume 272mL of traditional red wine each day in addition to their normal diet for 4 weeks experienced a small reduction in systolic and diastolic BP (2.3 and 1.0 mmHg reductions, respectively).

However, men who were assigned to consume 272 mL of dealcoholized red wine each day for 4 weeks experienced a significant 6 mmHg reduction in systolic BP and a 2 mmHg reduction in diastolic BP - "possibly reducing the risk of heart disease by 14% and stroke by as much as 20%," remark the authors.

Systolic BP decreased by only 0.8 mmHg and diastolic BP actually increased by 0.1 mmHg after the gin intervention.

The researchers attribute the change in BP with dealcoholized wine to increased levels of nitric oxide (NO), which helps blood vessels relax and decreases BP, they explain.

Indeed, plasma NO was increased by 4.1 µmol/L in participants after drinking dealcoholized red wine for 4 weeks, compared with only 0.6 µmol/L after the traditional red wine phase, and a decrease of 1.4 µmol/L after the gin phase.

The researchers conclude that the alcohol in red wine weakens its ability to lower BP. They note that polyphenols, which were present in equal quantities in the dealcoholized and the traditional red wine, are likely to be the cause of red wine's BP-lowering effect.

Original research was published in Circulation Res 2012; Advance online publication.
