I have been taking your product for at least a year - probably longer.

I was experiencing extreme pain in my neck and was diagnosed as having a bone spur. I researched my alternatives and while researching came across your product. I figured what the heck - my alternatives were quite limited and I didn't like the idea of surgery.

I tried your product - taking 6 capsules a day for a couple of months - the pain gradually went away and I am pain free now - with no symptoms.

I have since gotten my wife and sister to take your product - both have had remarkable results. My sister sent you a letter telling you about her results and you recently published it.

Your product is the exception to the rule that "if something sounds too good to be true it usually isn't". You have a wonder product and should be very proud of it.

Thanks for saving me from having neck surgery.

Alan F.

I have been using ezorb for 6 months now. It is a wonderful product. As long as I take my ezorb every day I do not have any problem with my hip hurting. Your product is so much better then Actonel. I wanted to ask if this product would be safe to give to a dog who has arthritis in his hip.

Thanks for a wonderful product. Now I'm not loosing as much hair as I was when I was taking Actonel.

I would appreciate it if you could forward me the Calcium Absorption Rate Test.

I am able to open and clench my fists without difficulty now, and I'm certain this improvement came about after I began taking the Calcium powder.

Thank you,

Phyllis T.

Would like to let you know that since I started taking Ezorb, I have gone from a t-score of -4 to -1 range. Just took another one this spring and is not considered osteoporoic at all.

Thank you so much!

2. Research Digest: Dairy Consumption Lowers High Blood Pressure Risk

Australian researchers report that the consumption of low-fat cheese or liquid dairy products, namely milk and yogurt, may reduce the risk for elevated blood pressure (EBP).

However, eating high-fat cheese does not seem to affect EBP risk.

The findings come from a five-study meta-analysis involving approximately 45,000 individuals from Spain, the USA, and The Netherlands.

In all, 11,500 cases of EBP, defined as a blood pressure (BP) level of at least 130/85 mmHg or the use of antihypertensive medications, occurred over a follow-up period that ranged from 2 to 15 years.

The researchers, led by Robin Ralston, from Monash University in Clayton, Victoria, Australia, arranged the participants into groups based on self-reported daily intakes of dairy, ranging from no intake up to 757 g of total, 615 g of low-fat, 272 g of high-fat, and 696 g of liquid dairy).

Ralston and team classified the levels of dairy intake by the participants from lowest to highest. Of note, the definition used to determine highest and lowest intakes varied between the individual studies and included top versus bottom quintile, and greater than 2 versus less than 0.3 dairy servings per day.

The findings, published in the Journal of Human Hypertension, show that the highest intakes of total dairy compared with the lowest intakes significantly reduced EBP risk by 13% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.81-0.94).

Looking specifically at high- and low-fat dairy (in any form), Ralston et al found that the highest intakes of low-fat dairy reduced EBP risk by 16% compared with the lowest intakes (95% CI: 0.74-0.95). However, high-fat cheese intake was not associated with EBP risk at any level of intake.

Conversely, high-fat versions of liquid dairy, such as milk and yogurt, appeared to influence EBP risk, with the highest intakes of low- or high-fat liquid dairy producing an 8% reduction in EBP risk compared with the lowest intakes (95% CI: 0.87-0.98).

Ralston and team attribute the observed BP-related benefits of dairy to the high levels of minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, in dairy products. They suggest that solid forms of high-fat dairy may not protect against EBP whereas liquid high-fat dairy products do, because cheese has a much higher fat content than milk or yogurt, and high-fat concentrations may negate the BP-protective actions of the minerals in dairy.

"The amount [of dairy] reported in the highest categories of dairy consumption (usually more than 2 servings per day) is consistent with current recommendations for 2 to 3 servings of non-fat or low-fat dairy products per day," say the researchers.

They therefore conclude that their findings may be used as supportive evidence for dietary guidelines in countries such as the UK and USA, where 2 to 3 servings of low-fat dairy products are recommended daily.

Original research was published in J Hum Hypertens 2011.
